The keel is an indispensable key accessory for the installation of outdoor wood plastic flooring. So, how do we fit the keel?

　　When installing keel, the distance between keel inspects the thickness of plastic wood floor commonly and decide; When the thickness of wood plastic floor is less than 25mm, the spacing between keels can not exceed 250mm, the maximum spacing between keels can not exceed 400mm.

　　Usually, when we install the keel, we will encounter the following ground conditions;

　　1, in the pond lake or park landscape ecological agricultural crops installed on the hanging walkway trestle, need to take care of flowers and plants, or the pond water can not be a large area of drainage pouring concrete, can use galvanized ground screw directly into the ground, and then weld galvanized pipe keel on the screw. If it is installed in the lake pond, or the ambient air humidity is large, it is recommended to choose hot-dip galvanized square pipe to avoid corrosion.

　　2, the ground has a concrete foundation; Do a good job of concrete leveling, and the concrete thickness is not less than 8mm; Then, we can use the plastic expansion plug directly to fix the wood plastic keel to the concrete floor.

　　3, pure soil ground, and need to raise the installation surface of the floor, we can first dig the foundation pit on the ground embedded concrete and galvanized pipe column, under normal circumstances, the diameter and depth of the foundation pit shall not be less than 300mm, the galvanized pipe for the column specification is not less than 60*60mm, pipe wall thickness is not less than 2mm; The span between the column and the column is controlled within 1800mm; After the column is embedded, the galvanized pipe keel is welded on the column. The specification is suggested to be above 40*60mm.
